Cancellations

Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of making an order however there is no guarantee that the order can be cancelled. This will depend on whether the order has already been processed and dispatched before the email has been received and read by one of our team members. Our priority is fast and efficient service, and therefore we always aim to ship out orders as fast as possible. This means, even if you have emailed for cancellation before receiving any shipment notifications, the order may have still been processed and it may be too late to cancel. If we do receive the cancellation email before the order is processed, you will receive an email notifying you of a refund of the order you placed.

For Made To Order Abayas, all orders are final and cancellations cannot be made as these custom orders are sent directly to our manufacturers to process for production.



Royal Mail Delivery

All tems ordered, are dispatched within 1-2 working days of cleared payment.

Standard UK delivery - Tracked 48 Delivery via Royal Mail - with FULL TRACKING. Royal Mail states all Tracked 48 items are usually delivered within 2-5 working days of the day of dispatch. Due to current strikes ongoing with Royal Mail, delivery times may be affected and delays may occur.

TRACKED 24 DELIVERY (UK ONLY)

Tracked 24 Delivery via Royal Mail - with FULL TRACKING. Royal Mail states all Tracked 24 items are usually delivered within 1-2 working days of the day of dispatch. Due to current strikes ongoing with Royal Mail, delivery times may be affected and delays may occur.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY (UK ONLY)

You must place the order before 11 am Monday to Thursday to qualify for Next Day Delivery excluding any public holidays.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

All international deliveries are via Standard International Signed For Delivery via Royal Mail which takes approximately 5-14 working days to deliver (after date of dispatch).Countries such as the US, Canada and Europe all take approximately this long to deliver. Please note, if the parcel is held in customs, this can affect the delivery time.

Please note, some parts of the world can take up to several weeks to be delivered. This includes countries such as South Africa and also parts of the Middle East. There may also be cases where parcels sent to these regions get lost, if this is the case, a partial refund will be issued six weeks after dispatch if the parcel is still not delivered.

All payments, whether they be via an invoice sent to you personally, or done through the website are secure and not shared with 3rd parties. You can therefore be reassured that all payment details given are secure and confidential.

Duty and Tax

Please note, as we are no longer part of the European Union (EU), International customers purchasing from outside of the UK (Europe, United States and beyond) may be liable to pay duty and tax when receiving their parcels.

Delays

We use the Royal Mail service which gives us an approximate timeframe on when the parcel will be delivered to your door. However, there may be times when delays occur. This can occur any time especially during public holidays such as Christmas, Easter and bank holidays. We cannot be held for any delays caused as once the parcel has been dispatched by us, it is then the responsibility of the Royal Mail service for you to receive your parcel on time.

Made To Order

When ordering a made to order item, please allow approximately 3-5 weeks for us to process and dispatch your order.

There may be rare occasions where made to order abayas take slightly longer than usual due to unforeseen circumstances or busy seasons such as Ramadan. If a delay is expected, we will notify our customers of this. If you have a specific date you want to receive your pre-order by, please get in touch before ordering to ensure we can get your order delivered by that date.

Unclaimed Parcels sent back to the sender from overseas (Outside of UK)

On unfortunate occasions, parcels are sent back to us if they are not claimed by the buyer at the address provided. In these circumstances, shipping fees would have to be repaid in order to send out the parcel for the second time.

The customer can ask for a refund instead if the item(s) is a Ready To Dispatch product but this would be minus any shipping fees.

If the item(s) is a Made To Order item, only a partial refund will be issued. This is minus any shipping fee plus 45% (including any manufacturing costs and restocking fees).

We will not take responsibility for any incorrect address details provided or for the parcels not being claimed by the buyer.
